Display

The Vivo T4x 5G comes with a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD display. It has a 120Hz refresh rate, making scrolling and animations smooth. TÜV Rheinland Eye Protection certification ensures reduced strain on the eyes. However, since it’s an LCD panel, colors and contrast are not as deep as AMOLED displays. The screen gets bright enough for outdoor usage, but users who prefer deep blacks and vibrant colors may find it lacking.

Performance

This phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, a capable mid-range processor. It offers good performance for daily tasks, including social media, streaming, and multitasking. Casual gaming runs well, but in high-end games like BGMI and Genshin Impact, users might need to lower graphics settings to get smooth gameplay. The UFS 3.1 storage ensures fast app loading and data transfer speeds.

Camera

The dual-camera setup consists of a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The main camera captures good daylight shots, but low-light performance is average. There is no ultrawide camera, which some users might miss. The 8MP front camera is decent for selfies and video calls.

Battery & Charging

The 6500mAh battery is one of the strongest features of this phone. It can last two days on moderate usage. The 44W fast charging helps refill the battery quickly.

Software

The Vivo T4x 5G runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. While it has useful features, there are pre-installed apps (bloatware), which might be annoying for some users.

Build Quality & Design

Vivo T4x 5G has a plastic back and frame, making it lightweight. The phone has MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification and an IP64 rating, meaning it has limited dust and water resistance. It is available in two stylish color – Pronto Purple and Marine Blue.

Connectivity & Sensors

The Vivo T4x 5G supports multiple 5G bands, making it future-proof. Other features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Vivo T4x 5G is available in three configurations: 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage.

Pros and Cons

  • Decent processor (Dimensity 7300) for daily use
  • 5G support for fast connectivity
  • 44W fast charging
  • MIL-STD-810H certification and IP64 rating for durability
  • Dual stereo speakers for better audio experience

Cons

  • Plastic build, lacks premium feel

Who Should Buy Vivo T4x 5G?

Users looking for long battery life – The 6500mAh battery ensures extended usage without frequent charging.

Students and working professionals – Smooth performance for daily tasks, online classes, and productivity apps.

Casual users – Suitable for those who use smartphones for social media, web browsing, and entertainment.

People who need a durable phone – With MIL-STD-810H certification and IP64 rating, it can handle rough use.

Budget 5G buyers – One of the most affordable 5G smartphones with decent performance.

Who Should Avoid Vivo T4x 5G?

Gamers – The Dimensity 7300 chipset is not ideal for heavy gaming; demanding games may not run smoothly at high settings.

Users who prefer AMOLED displays – The LCD panel lacks the deep blacks and vibrant colors found in AMOLED screens.

People who dislike bloatware – Funtouch OS comes with pre-installed apps and occasional ads, which can be annoying.

Final Verdict

The Vivo T4x 5G is a well-balanced smartphone for those looking for a budget 5G device with a strong battery, decent display, and acceptable performance. It caters to users who prioritize battery life, casual usage, and durability over premium features like an AMOLED screen or high-end cameras.

If you are a casual smartphone user, student, or professional looking for a long-lasting battery and 5G connectivity at an affordable price, this phone is a good choice. But if you are into gaming, photography, or premium designs, you might want to explore other alternatives in the market.

Should You Buy It?

If battery life, a smooth display, and decent performance are your priorities, the Vivo T4x 5G is worth considering. However, if you need a better camera, AMOLED screen, or premium build, you may find better options in the same price range.
